First things first - does anyone have any great tips on how to take birds-eye view Instagram photos - that show more of your legs (when including the upper body).  I feel like my arms are not long enough, or I am not holding the phone correctly to get the right angel. And, half the time, I think I am going to drop my phone or I accidentally turn it off - I wish the on/off was still on the top of the iPhone, not the side. Please comment below if you can offer some assistance.  It would be greatly appreciated!

Next, this week starts the Spring Style Challenge with Get Your Pretty On.  Today, I am joining my fellow Style Me Bloggers to share our looks from week one.  We are three days into the challenge, and I am pulling from a few previous looks, since wearing camo on Monday was not possible. Day two is a total deviation of the actual look, which was to include a striped dress, mint cardigan, and brown wedges - which is not my style.  Day three I am pulling from a look from last Friday.  This look is similar, other than I swapped out black denim for white, and a floral top for solid black, and I went with black shoes, rather than cognac.  Be sure to check back next week for a round-up of the rest of this week.

ROCKSBOX
If you missed yesterday's post and have wanted to try Rocksbox - I am offering my readers one month free to Rocksbox (Code: dailystylefindsxoxo).  I love the Kendra Scott necklace I got! (This necklace retails for $80 - but through Rockbox you can get an insider discount of $64! Plus you get $10 spending money each month to apply to whatever you would choose to buy. Win! Win!)  If you want to know more about Rocksbox you can read about it here.

PIPERLIME
Sad news...  Piperlime is closing at the end of April.  It has been one of my favorite places to shop for several years. I even participated in the stylist challenge a few years back and was one of their finalists. I would have loved to have won -- the prize was being their blog stylist for three months with Rachel Zoe in exchange for $20,000.  Right now, they have a lot sales. I will surely miss Piperlime!

  2. Love the color of your camo jeans! Mine are the Kut from the Kloth ones that are dark, yet bright green...that doesn't make sense, but I will wear them on the blog soon :) And I would love to know how to take those selfies too! I always struggle trying to get my arms out far enough without completely twisting my body and looking odd. lol!

  3. Love your interpretations! I'll be interested to read any suggestions for taking better outfit pictures for Instagram - I'm hopeless!

  4. It's such a bummer that piperlime is closing. But that's so cool that you were a stylist for them for a few months. I love both your boots in the above looks :)

I am seriously coveting your purse/shoe collection... or perhaps just your whole wardrobe in general... that sounds more like it :)

  12. I did two interviews last week with some instagrammers who have mastered the art of the selfie. They had some great tips! Carylee (morepiecesofme.com) also had a great post on this with photos of her taking a selfie (taken by her husband) and those visuals really helped me a lot to see what she looks like while taking the pic. Aside from that, my tip is just keep practicing. Reach your arm out as far as you can and try a bunch of different hand positions and angles. Front, side, etc. Turn the phone, hold it straight, use the volume button, use the shutter button. Just keep experimenting until you find what works best for you, then experiment some more. :)

  13. I've struggled with that as well--glad to know I'm not the only one. My body was ending up looking so disproportioned! In the past couple of weeks, I learned that it works best for me if I do forward-facing camera and hold the phone upside down (where the camera button on the screen is towards the ceiling). Hope this helps!

  14. I am a pretty religious LOFT shopper but I missed that great black and white patterned blouse. My loss because you surely look super put-together in it!

  15. I'd say your photos are pretty good. I have yet to figure out how to take them either. I think my hands are just too small to hold my phone steady and push the button to take the photo. I wonder if a selfie stick would help?

  16. I had not heard Piperlime was closing! I really need to get a selfie stick, I think it'd make it easier for me to take pics! I love all of your pics!

  20. Love all of your looks, girl!!!! The first one is just awesomeness!! I haven't mastered the selfie, either. One thing that has helped me (a little) is to use the timer option...have you tried that? Then you don't have to worry about reaching your finger anywhere to click button...does that make sense? I set it on 10 seconds so I have time to mess around with the angle...
