Black Friday in April Deals + Amazon Prime Movie Picks

Striped Sweater (60% off) // Button Front Jeans (40% off)

Straight Leg Jeans (40% off) // Cardigan (40% off)

Happy Tuesday!

I heard last night on the news that it is "Black Friday in April".  And, it is really true that stores are running amazing sales.  They are trying to stay in business - and sell off their spring stock that isn't moving as quickly right now.  I am sharing some great deals above - and some more in my list below.  How cute is that striped sweater that is 60% off?  And, I love both of those jeans - the straight leg jeans - and the button front ones, too.

If you are looking for some movie recommendations - here are my Amazon Prime picks.

I watched this documentary about the designer Dries van Noten, which I really enjoyed.  I love watching the creative process of a designer.

I also finished watching Making the Cut - the Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn spin-off of Project Runway.  I have to say at first I was not impressed - and almost stopped watching it - but it got much better.

And, my last recommendation is Scatter My Ashes at Bergdorf's. It was all about the iconic store (its windows), fashion designers, the buyers, how much sales associates make in commissions in a year (let's just say - it is a nice living), and I loved the commentary from one of my favorites - Joan Rivers.

These burgundy jeans are on sale for $8.

This cute charm necklace (great with a v-neck tee) is only $10.

This hi-lo hem marled sweater is on sale for $15.

These straight boyfriend jeans in a great summer wash are under $20.

These popular platform sandals are 30% off.

This straw tote is 50% off.

This quilted Tory Burch bag is 25% off - in a staple neutral color.

This floral camisole is on sale for $20.

This classic raglan sweatshirt is only $18 - and great color options.

These cozy lounge "sweat" shorts are only $12.

I love this ring that is 40% off.

  1. Thanks for the show recommendations, Scatter My Ashes at Bergdorf's sounds like something I'd love! We just finished The Soprano's.
