Happy Wednesday!  Christmas is only two weeks away!

I bought those cognac combat boots during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales for $64. They also come in white and black.  They shipped super quick - which doesn't always happen lately.  The boots are comfortable; however,  I would recommend sizing up a 1/2 size.  I typically wear a size 7M in boots, and I had to get a 7.5M.

FIVE SHOWS/MOVIES TO WATCH

#1 : Last Dance

This docuseries chronicles the rise of superstar Michael Jordan and the 1990s Chicago Bulls, with unaired footage from an unforgettable 1997-98 season.

This show came out in April and is free on Netflix right now.  I enjoyed it - and would recommend it. 

#2 : The Crown - Season 4

This drama follows the political rivalries and romance of Queen Elizabeth II's reign and the events that shaped the second half of the 20th century.

This is one of my favorite shows - and highly recommend the whole series.

#3 : The Secret: Dare to Dream

A feel-good movie based on the best-selling book "The Secret" which focuses on the power of positive thinking.

This was a new release movie that came out this past spring/summer - and when it became free on Amazon, I decided to watch it.  It was a good and enjoyable movie.

#4: Country Strong

A drama centered around a rising country-music songwriter who sparks with a fallen star. Together, they mount his ascent and her comeback.  

A good movie - highlights the struggle of fame and personal issues. It stars some of my favorites - Gwyneth Paltrow, Tim McGraw, and Leighton Meester.

#5: Call the Midwife

This period drama set in impoverished East London follows midwives at a nursing convent.

This show has been on for nine seasons, so if you are looking for something to watch I highly recommend it.  It has been a favorite of mine for years.
